Eaton’s LED Products Honored With Two Lightfair Innovation Awards

Eaton announced that the McGraw-Edison TopTier™ light-emitting diode (LED) parking garage/canopy luminaire and the Metalux SkyBar™ high bay luminaire from its Cooper Lighting Division have been named winners in the 2014 LFI Innovation Awards®  at LIGHTFAIR International (LFI® ). Presented at the LFI conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, on June 3, the competition features the industry’s most innovative products and designs introduced during the last 12 months.

The Metalux SkyBar high bay luminaire was the category winner in the Industrial, Vandal, Emergency and Exit category. The LFI Innovation Awards received 261 entries spanning 14 categories and were judged by an independent panel of lighting professionals. LFI is the world’s largest annual architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference and is sponsored by the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) and the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES).
